Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play on GoldBets. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions. GoldBets takes the protection of minors seriously and will suspend and permanently close any account where the registered player is found to be under 18. Any winnings accumulated on such an account will be forfeited.

Geographic Eligibility

GoldBets is designed and operated for players in Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that you are currently located in Pakistan and that using an online gaming platform of this kind is not prohibited under any laws applicable to you personally. Registration Requirements

Each player may hold only one account on GoldBets. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals. To register, you must provide:

Account Security

Your GoldBets account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential. Do not share your password with any other person. Account Currency

All GoldBets accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, winnings, bonus values, and withdrawals are displayed and processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied at any point in the transaction process by GoldBets.

One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to maintain only one active GoldBets account. This applies regardless of the device used, the payment method registered, or the email address provided. GoldBets uses a combination of technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances — including bonus funds and pending withdrawals — will be voided.

Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, or wager activity for a period of twelve consecutive months. GoldBets may apply an inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 per month after this period. Players will be notified by email before any deduction is made. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for twenty-four months may be closed. Reactivating an account requires verification of identity.

Accepted Payment Methods

All transactions are processed in PKR with no conversion step. Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit across all supported methods is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal is also Rs 500. IBFT transfers carry a minimum of Rs 1,000 due to the nature of interbank transactions. Withdrawal Processing

GoldBets processes withdrawal requests in the order they are received. Standard processing times are as follows: Easypaisa and JazzCash — five to thirty minutes; NayaPay and SadaPay — fifteen to sixty minutes; IBFT bank transfer — one to four hours; Visa/Mastercard — one to six hours. VIP Club members at Silver tier and above receive priority processing. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for first withdrawals or where security checks are triggered.

Source of Funds

By depositing on GoldBets, you confirm that the funds you deposit are lawfully obtained and are your own. GoldBets may request evidence of source of funds as part of its compliance processes. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit, in line with standard anti-money laundering practice.

Declined Transactions

GoldBets is not liable for any deposit that fails due to errors on the payment provider's end. General Bonus Terms

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at GoldBets are subject to wagering requirements — a multiple of the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) that must be wagered before the bonus or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. Slots contribute 100% of each wager toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all — this is specified per promotion.

Bonus Validity

All bonuses have a validity period within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Once a bonus expires, it is removed from the account along with any associated winnings generated while the wagering requirement was not yet complete. Validity periods are stated in each promotion's specific terms and are counted from the point the bonus is credited, not from the date of registration or deposit.

Bonus Abuse

GoldBets monitors for patterns that indicate bonus abuse — including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent, opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, or coordinating with other players to guarantee outcomes that exploit bonus structures. GoldBets reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where abuse is identified, and to close the account of any player found to be engaging in such conduct.

Promotional Changes

GoldBets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes to active promotions will be communicated to affected players via the email address registered to their account.

Random Number Generators

All slot games and Random Number Generator-based table games on GoldBets use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and verified for outcome randomness and fairness. The result of each game round is determined at the moment of play and is not influenced by previous results, account history, balance size, or any other factor. Technical Malfunctions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on GoldBets and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

Severability
